How to Forward ALL Calls – JIVE

FORWARD ALL INCOMING CALLS

Server-side call forwarding forwards all inbound calls to an internal extension or external number.

Enable Server-Side Call Forwarding

This overrides any call forwarding settings configured from the phone’s menu.

  1. Dial *72from your Jive phone.
  2. When you hear a dial tone, enter the forwarding destination (internal extension or external number).
  3. Hang up.

Note: Calls are still forwarded if the phone goes offline. 

Disable Server-Side Call Forwarding

This does not disable any call forwarding settings configured from the phone’s menu.

1.Dial *73 from your Jive phone.
